Training On Practicing Quality Standards

As part of our continual improvement programme, training on S.O.P.s (Standard Operating Procedures) was conducted on October 5th by the Quality Manager Mr. Salam Hammoud which was attended by Director of Human Resources Ms. Parul Jain Mishra, Operations Director Mr. Bawa, IT Director Mr. Essam Muhanna, Internal Auditor Mr. K. Sundararaman and General Manager Mr. Mohammad Alshihabi. Three Project Managers working at “A” projects (Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Mall of the Emirates) were selected as pilot candidates for the training.

The second phase after training entails practical application of the forms associated with the S.O.P.s at the respective sites. They aim at delineating the responsibilities of all Project Managers (P.M.) at their respective sites and providing them with the administrative and operational support necessary to perform their jobs with maximum control and be able to take correct decisions. Cleanco’s motto of Value stresses on “doing the right things right the first time”.

This practice helps enhance Quality of service rendered and maintains an optimal level of Health and Safety at all sites of projects. It has a dual objective of developing performance levels, enhancing Customer delight and thus improving on productivity; and concurrently optimizing on the utilization of Machinery, equipment, tools and environmentally friendly chemicals.
